Works as part of the IT Security & Compliance Unit, reporting directly to ICT Division Director on all matters covering IT security and IT compliance in the Bank;
Contact with Chief Information Security Officer, Audit, Legal, Compliance and any auditor for all maters covering IT security and compliance;
Configuration, monitoring and response to security systems (hardware and software);
Proactively assesses and monitors potential items of risk and opportunities of vulnerability in the IT environment;
Supports day-to-day the IT change management processes, with the purpose of validation against the IT security implemented guidelines ;
Responsible for the drafting and periodical review of the procedures covering the IT Security Management
Required background:
University Degree in Computer Science or similar
Minimum 3 years experience in the field of IT Security Management
Proven coordination role in large scale IT security projects
Required competences:
Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices;
Good understanding of advanced security protocols and standards;
Experience with security practices and solutions used in the financial industry;
Experience with software and security architectures;
Proven experience with coordinating the implementation of the security policies and standards;
Working experience with IT Security solutions is expected (P/IAM, IDS, DLP, SIEM, web and mail gateways, endpoint security);
Good knowledge of the IT regulatory framework covering the financial industry (both local and international);
Hands-on proven experience in performing IT security assessments, security testing and pen-testing or other similar assessments with the purpose of identifying the adherence of an IT environment with the best practices and available IT security standards;
Experience on addressing, implementing and coordinating the audit, penetration testing and risk assessments correction measures;
Experience with the security involvement in the SDLC and experience with coordinating and implementing security projects within the organization;
Strong analytical skills;
Fluent in English (speaking & writing);
Courses and certifications on the area of IT security management are considered advantages (CISSP, SSCP, Security+, ISO27001, CISA, MCSE or RHCE).
