Adecco Professional Placement is looking for its client, a multinational company in Cosmetics a IT Project Manager.
Responsabilities:
-Business Analysis- Interview key Business stake holders in order to ‘extract’ detailed business requirements
-Digital Deployment- Liaise with the Business Digital Lead and the business clients, and in a consultancy capacity analyse change requests, looking across the web functionality and proactively offering alternative suggestions where appropriate, adapting existing functionality, or consolidating with multi-market similar requests
-Project Lead- Take ownership & responsibility for creating, consolidating and maintaining the appropriate level of documentation to ensure ongoing support of the Business
-Build relationships with Local and Global teams- Working closely with Business PMO team in order to provide a united project approach
- BA/BSc Degree in a business or IT discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a functional area that is being supported
- Experience in writing and documenting business requirements for systems, and writing related project documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and customer liaison skills (telephone and face to face) as the role will come into contact with all levels within the business and IT
- A good team player with a flexible can do attitude and willingness to take responsibility and use own initiative
- Good planning and time management skills and ability to multitask many different priorities in a fast paced environment.
