- Creation of Jira Tickets / Follow-up process
- Configuration in local platform for Jira Tickets / BRE
- Implementation of different requirements in owned platform BRE
- Level 2 support for issues that occur on services, in direct coordination with the Call Support Dept. and Development Center. Responsible for escalation of any known issues to direct manager.
- Maintenance of local administration console for our services: creation of users, partnerships, changes done on organization or at user level
We’ re looking for IT Specialist, with relevant experience in the field, for an international leader in auto sector damage assessment
Must have:
- IT Knowledge - at least 3 years
- Configuration/Implementation skills of Web applications
- English written/spoken, second language as German it`s a plus
- Travel up to 20% of time
Studies:
At least: University - Computer and Science with degree
Or
Any other University related to Computer and Science (State University)
Nice to have:
- Programming skills of any kind
- B2B/B2C applications knowledge
- BI applications/implementation knowledge
- Driver License: Cat. B
