Responsible for local administration and support of Windows workstations in Active Directory;
Configure and support various commercial software like MS Office, SQL Client etc.;
Maintain IT inventory and update inventory list accordingly;
To handle all the tickets assigned by IT Support Center in timely manner;
To conduct a quarterly desktop audit to ensure that desktop PCs are configured as per Company policies;
Coordinate with external vendors for various purchases, support issues, contracts;
Support maintenance and troubleshooting for the Company’s ERP;
Manage network infrastructure;
Driving license two years cat. B;
Installation, configuration and servicing computer systems, networking equipment, servers, DVRs, peripherals (copiers,printers, etc..);
English: Fluent;
Bachelor's Degree.
