Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Responsible for performing daily product availability searches using system based on requirements from each factory
- Coordinate and manage the extraction of data files from our client’s systems on a regular basis
- Reconciliation of factory demand daily compared to STO & POs created
- Coordination and management of order status updates on a regular basis
- Managing, developing and execution of operational reports and dashboard
- Escalating any process non-conformance
- Manage and coordinate the resolution of system and process issues
- Provide cover and support for the operational department
Fluency in English with very good English written skills
- degree standard would be an advantage
- Previous experience of working in a customer facing role would be advantageous
- Broad understanding of manufacturing and supply chain
- Previous experience of 2+ years is required
- Organised, structured, ability to follow process and is results orientated
- Ability to interact and form strong relationships with other team members
- SAP (IT customer support) experience would be beneficial however training will be provided
-Strong analytical skills with ability to develop and enhance operational and management reports
Technical Skills
- Fully operational with MS Office especially MS Excel
-SAP (IT customer support) experience would be a distinct advantage, however training will be provided
- Exceptional ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
- Good understanding of database programs
- Ability to build and develop operational reports and dashboard tools
