Description
The Information Technology System Administrator primary responsibility is to assure 1st and 2nd level support for Operating system and Applications according with Company standards (regarding configurations and troubleshooting). The IT System Administrator will insure on site and/or remote assistance to entire organization.
The IT System Administrator manager will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all IT&C aspects of the organization, will keep accurate relationship with suppliers and monitor their costs.
Responsibilities
Support
• Responsible for 1st and/or 2nd Level support for the Operating system (configuration, troubleshooting)
• Responsible for 1st and/or 2nd Level support for Applications (configuration, troubleshooting)
• Responsible for on-site and/or remote assistance
• Responsible for recording of incoming requests from the customer
• Responsible for categorization, classification & prioritization of requests from the customer
Operational
• Assist the organization and keep all IT&C equipment running and updated
• Monitor IT equipment good functioning, and involved in annual counting
• Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
• Proactively assesses potential items of risk and opportunities of vulnerability in the network and communicate to management any risk incident
• Updated with GDPR legislation and maintain user knowledge within organization
Work Conditions
• On-call availability
• Occasional inspection of clubs
• Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals
Cerinte*
Knowledge & Experience
• Windows 7 and 10 clients configuring and administering
• Computer Science or equivalent studies (Bachelor's Degree)
• Knowledge of LAN/WLAN network standards
• Active Directory administration knowledge
• Antivirus knowledge
• Microsoft client certifications will be a plus
• Previous experience in similar positions
• Previous experience in IT infrastructure system, IT security protocols
• Good understanding and technical knowledge of IT network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols, and standards
• Willingness and ability to work in a team
• Technical skills and abilities in troubleshooting ITC equipment or wide ranging tech knowledge is a plus
• Updated with GDPR legislation is a plus
