Candidate requirements:

¿¿¿ Degree in Economics / Business/ IT.
¿¿¿ Min. 3-4 yrs experience supporting ERP applications/ IT Infrastructure.
¿¿¿ Knowledge of voice solutions (PBX, Call flow, ACD).
¿¿¿ Understanding of network components (LAN, WAN, Firewall, Router, Switch, MPLS)
¿¿¿ Can do attitude.
¿¿¿ English fluency.

Responsibilities:

a. Support various process transitions end to end from client environment via single point of contact for IT.
b. Cover end-to-end IT aspects by participating in RFP, solution identification discussions via the actual process transition till go-live / handover to IT operations team.
c. Work with business leaders to understand their needs and suggest solutions.
d. Document implemented systems and processes.
e. Plan, lead and cooperate with IT improvement projects after go-live during the process transition.
f. Follow-up and intervene in problem resolution.
g. Keep contacts with vendors and service providers.
h. Deploy monitoring tools to ensure proactive prevention against system failures.
i. Work on standardization with customers in a heterogeneous environment
j. Report to Europe IT Solutioning Leader.
