Daily duties:
??? Supporting various process transitions between the client to the company.
??? Cover all IT aspects, participating in RFP and in solution identification discussions.
??? Documenting implemented systems.
??? Plan and lead IT projects, keep contact with vendors and service providers.
Requirements:
??? University diploma in either economics or business, with IT in minor.
??? Fluency in English.
??? Experience in supporting ERP applications and infrastructure elements.
??? Knowledge of voice solutions (PBX-Call flow-ACD).
??? Understanding of network components (LAN-WAN-Firewall-Router-Switch-MPLS).
