IT Transition Manager

Main Responsibilities:

¿¿¿ Supporting Various transitions process from end to end operation to the customer environment and act single point of contact for the IT area
¿¿¿ Being involved in the IT aspects from participating in the RFP, Discussions Identification Solution through the current transition process till go-live / handover to IT Operations Team
¿¿¿ Work closely together with the business leaders to understand and suggest different solutions Their Needs
¿¿¿ Document Systems and Processes implemented
¿¿¿ Plan and lead IT improvement Projects During the transition process
¿¿¿ Follow up the problem resolution and if necessary intervene Until it gets resolved
¿¿¿ During the transition, Cooperate with Other IT teams for ensuring smooth operation after go-live
¿¿¿ Keep contacts with vendors and service providers
¿¿¿ Deploy monitoring tools to ensure proactive prevention system failures Against
¿¿¿ Standardization work on together with the customer in a heterogeneous environment

Candidate profiles:

¿¿¿ Technical University or University of Economics / Business with a minor and IT Certifications
¿¿¿ Experience in supporting ERP applications and / or IT Infrastructure elements
¿¿¿ Excellent English Skills
¿¿¿ Knowledge of voice solutions (PBX, Call Flow, ACD)
¿¿¿ Understanding of different network components (LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, MPLS)
¿¿¿ Knowledge of MS Windows based system architecture (Windows, Office, etc.).
¿¿¿ Good communications skills
¿¿¿ Strong 'Can Do' attitude
¿¿¿ Strong Business Acumen
