The ITIL Expert actively participates in implementing,deploying and updating the infrastructure and applications(together with the dedicated team)based on the client requirements.The role includes the below responsibilities:
• Understanding the business needs of the operational teams and translating them into requirements and technical solutions
• Pointing out areas for improvement in internal processes along with potential solutions
• Driving operational productivity through the implementation of various IT tools
• Developing and driving the IT Service Management strategy within the customer’s organization
• Developing and implementing consulting and training services,according to industry best practices
• Participating in IT projects/strategies planning
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the projects and the client interactions
• Coordinating projects implementation(both Operations and Transitions) as well as short/medium term assignments at customer locations
• Supervising a team of analytics and quality specialists
Desired skills and experience:
• Technical University or University of Economics/Business with IT minor and certifications
• ITIL Intermediate certification as well as ITIL implementation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in offering support for ERP applications and/or IT Infrastructure elements
• Strong knowledge of IT systems,infrastructure and application architectures
