ING Romania is hiring a new development team, in JAVA& BTT technologies. The new team will deliver software for ING Belgium and will be responsible for developing new services and functionalities for the Belgium electronic banking channels (Internet banking, public site, ING Online…).
The new team will have a 3 months training period in Belgium, and afterwards as projects dictates and depending on the job, short periods of travelling to Belgium will be required.
As a specialist in the applications in your field, you have two major tasks:
- You provide leadership to a development team.
- You participate in the implementation of new functionalities as part of projects.
You perform the following tasks in this respect:
- You provide leadership and a vision to your team
- You perform monitoring tasks
- You provide planning for the team
- You analyse and solve incidents and problems.
- You support the technical analysts, testers and developers.
- You estimate the workload.
- You contribute advice and expertise.
- You update and share your knowledge on new applications and used technologies.
Knowledge and experience:
- You have a university qualification or a Bachelor's degree in IT.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a application developing team
- Experience in leading a team is a plus
- You have experience in developing web applications with WSAD/RAD, JAVA, J2EE, JSP, XML, XSL, SQL, WSBCC/BTT, SPRING (MVC).
- Experience with Agile Scrum is a plus
- Experience with CMMI is considered an asset.
- You have a good command of English.
- French knowledge is a plus
- You must be able to travel to Belgium for the first 3 months of training and afterwards for project meetings.
