sending the contracts to the clients, follow the contracts to be signed by all persons in charge
keep the track of all transport/silos contracts from signing, sending contracts to the client, receiving the contracts, archive
update the weekly report with the signed contracts, contracts details like price / distance / operations etc.
update the daily report and database with the freights/tariffs received
update report and the SAP data base with all invoices received and paid representing transport and silos services invoices
check all invoices and get them approved by the Logistic Officer
update the reports with all quantities for each product that were paid in order to avoid double payments, update the warehouse report with afferent contracts
assisted by corresponding officer, follow the shortages for each product and location in order to be in the contractual limits.
checking/reporting along with the corresponding Logistic officer the accruals for the services provided but not invoiced at every month end
