Support bookkeeping. Prepare, check, archive and booking primary documents (supplier invoices, bank statements, receipts, other documents);
Support on inventory management and reporting. Maintains a safety balance of goods in stock and their value;
Prepares the end of month stock/inventory report;
Ensuring all filling systems and archive records are accurate and up to date;
Collection and aging reports of receivables, Registration of bank statements;
Ensuring timely invoicing process according to the contracts, per instructions received from various departments;
Prepare and process expense reports of the employees and monthly reconciliation with trial balance;
Monthly reconciliations of accounts / customer balance components;
Involved in statutory reports, D300, D390, D394 and other;
Other duties as assigned.
