Responsabilitati:
- Create, register and send the invoices to the clients
- Create customized statements and reports/situations and send to clients
- Maintain relationship with clients on payments
- Collection of all outstanding receivables
- Receive and respond to clients regarding problems with invoicing and any other related issues
- Develop good client relationship and good internal working relations
- Actively look for opportunities to improve work process in cooperation with the supervisor
- Accomplish project related tasks
University graduate/undergraduate
English knowledge at advanced level
German knowledge at advanced level
Ability to work with numbers
Communication skills
Capacity to work independently or as part of a team
Motivating work environment within a dynamic team
