RESPONSABILITATI

To develop a deep understanding of the consumers and shoppers behaviours and of the competitive environment and their implications on the Brand
To leverage the relevant consumer insights and actively translate them into actions for the Brand
To define and develop the Brand objectives and detailed Brand plans, strategies and tactics in line with the Category objectives and plans
To manage the implementation of the Brand plan
To monitor the Brand business performance including market share, volume, value, penetration, awareness
To monitor and manage the expenses related to the Brand and deliver Brand plan and targets within the approved budget
To manage innovation projects as defined by the Group Brand Manager
To initiate market research and analysis projects as appropriate for the Brand
To manage the implementation of the consumer communication strategy (advertising, packaging, PR and sponsorship) in line with the Category and Brand strategy
To develop and manage all promotional activities, including pre and post evaluations and apply the results into future Brands plans
To sign off all artwork and print processes associated with the Brand


CERINTE

Graduate Bachelor of Business or MBA
2-3 years experience in FMCG, ideally food, is mandatory
Extensive knowledge of use of marketing tools for Brand building activities (promotion, communication, packaging, marketing research)
Creativity
Analytical, strategic thinking
Ability to take decisions
Excellent planning and organization skills
Very good communication skills
Team player
Ability to work with numbers
English proficiency
