• Follow up with overdue accounts to make sure they maintain their accounts up to date;
• Bring back past due clients and advertise the Nobel services;
• Assist customers with any technical issues when needed;
• Maintain e-mail communication between Nobel and overdue customers.

Requirements:
• At least 6 months experience in collection;
• Fluency in English;
• Computer literacy;
• Punctuality, willingness to work in shifts (16.00-1.00);
• Good problem solving and communication skills;
• Very good negotiation skills;
