The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Consultant to join us in the Advisory practice.
The Role
• Involvement in Advisory engagements: due diligence assignments, fraud investigations, dispute assistance, Corporate Intelligence projects, compliance reviews;
• Review and analyse financial and other business-related information;
• Take part to meetings and interviews of staff and management;
• Take part in client meetings;
• Work in teams;
• Discuss findings with team leaders and follow up on review points;
• Perform research activities using publicly available or proprietary sources.
• Attention to details and ability to identify the issues in relation to the matters analysed;
• Good analytical skills;
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet);
• Good communication skills (oral and in writing);
• Good understanding of business/economic environment;
• Flexibility and ability to work under stress and tight deadlines;
• Structured and organised and ability to summarize complex issues;
• Good to excellent writing skills in Romanian and in English;
• Fluency in English;
• Availability to travel both in Romania and abroad;
• Audit or accounting professionals with 1-2 years of relevant experience would be a plus;
• Familiarity with Romanian GAAP rules and regulations would be a plus;
• ACCA student or qualified would be a plus (or other accounting qualification);
• Data mining skills would be a plus.
