Job requirements:
• University degree in electronics, telecommunication or related fields;
• Good knowledge of GSM technology;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of data and telecommunications network, communication protocols, network equipments, operation systems and applications: Ethernet,TCP/IP, X25, Routers and Switches CISCO, Unix, Windows, MS Office, etc.
• Analytical thinking;
• Ability to gather, sinthetize and present information
• Written communication skills;
• Ability to meet the dead-lines.

CERINTE

Job responsibilities:
1. Administrates, operates and maintains the equipments for communication and data and telecommunications network (routers, switches, interconnections, applications etc).
2. Monitors and secures access to the technical data and network equipments, as well as the access to other equipments through technical data network.
3. Ensures data security by periodic back-ups.
4. Executes periodic maintenance according to vendor’s specifications
5. Maintains the contact with equipments and applications suppliers for reporting and solving the problems occured at equipments and applications administered, according to support procedures agreed with suppliers.
6. Monitors and solves alarms and technical issues when they appear related to the technical data network and to administered systems and applications.
7. Monitors technical data network, equipments and applications performance and acts proactively to ensure their functionality.
8. Ensures installation of new applications and upgrades of existing ones or provides technical support whenever these are performed by third party vendors
9. Executes work orders and pursues their effects.
10. Analyses and solves customer or other offices or departments complaints related to the technical data network and equipments or administered applications.
11. Solves urgent issues as well as night or week-end intervention.
12. Reports special events that have occurred at the workplace to the superiors.
