Data Quality Management on specific tool;
Controls and follow-up regarding:
- headcount and expenses (mainly headcount driven costs);
- cost distribution by axes of analysis: entity, business unit, organization, business initiatives, product type;
- allocation of expenses and incomes of cross initiatives;
- on time update of the specific tool data by entities.
Monthly setting of the application parameters: inflation, taxes, real estate indicators etc. ;
Analyses the quality of data and find potential adjustments and upgrades in collaboration with teams from other SG entities;
Produce periodical reportings on financial results;
Is responsible for user acceptance tests on new releases of the application.
Strong accounting academic background (preferably A.S.E. – Accounting and Information Management Faculty or Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange);
2 years experience in banking or controlling activity;
Good knowledge about expenses and investments, budgeting and forecasting, settlement of non financial performance indicators;
Analytical abilities, reliability and quality orientation;
Good abilities to work under tight schedules;
Good IT/ Office applications knowledge (Excel, Word, Access);
Advanced level of Italian and French.
