Monthly Controls and follow-up regarding:
- Evolution of Headcount, NBI, Expenses and other business activity indicators vs. pervious periods, budget and forecast;
- proper cost and revenues distribution by axes of analysis: entity, business unit, organization, business initiatives, product type;
- trends of headcount driven costs (average costs) and other ratios (NBI/headcount, costs/NBI, etc);
Analyses of the quality of data and find potential adjustments and upgrades in collaboration with teams from other SG entities;
Produce periodical reportings on financial results and prepare presentations;
Support local and central teams in ad hoc analysis (data collection, consolidation, 1st level review, follow up with Contributors);
Follow up internal costs transfers and billings;
Follow up the completion of steps of the forecast and budegting process by the various contributors (entity, org, Business Line).
Maintance/enhancement of the application
- monthly setting of the application parameters: exchange rates, inflation, etc.
- update of referentials (indicators, entities, organisations)
- perform required testing of upgrades/enhancements to the application
- coordiante user acceptance tests on new releases of the application.
Strong financial/accounting academic background (preferably A.S.E. – Accounting and Information Management Faculty or Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange);
2 years experience in financial performance management, ideally in banking sector;
Good knowledge about costs management and reporting, NBI and other activity indicators;
Good knowledge in closing processes, budgeting and forecasting processes;
Analytical abilities, reliability and quality orientation;
Good abilities to work under tight schedules;
Good IT/ Office applications knowledge (Excel, Word, Access);
Knowledge to create reports from mutidimensional databases (eg, Hyperion, Oracle planning);
Advanced level of Italian, French and English;
First experience in working in an international Network.
