The Junior Graphic Designer is the company's newest member in the Creative Department. He should be willing to develop his skills by working with the Senior Creative Staff on a range of innovative projects. He is responsible to drive the creative direction of the projects and must have an understanding of all required graphic designer skills. He is also in charge of solving other minor design related issues.
Communication is a big part of the job and the ideal junior designer should be confident in his ideas and contribute to the entire creative process. Having some knowledge of current design trends is also the key towards recognition.
Activities:
offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas;
producing attractive and effective designs for all media;
communicating with senior team members to receive feedback;
Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.
