RESPONSABILITATI

What are my responsibilities
* Assist the HR Team in all department activities
* Assistance and administrative activities (travel &commercial ordering, reservations, archiving, filing)
* Preparation of reports, presentations and protocols;
* Maintaining and updating the electronic archive for the department;
* Ranking the HR documents and updating the employee dosiee.
* Head of HR support
* Support for recruiting (assistance for the primary selection – contact the candidates) and development.


CERINTE

What do I need to qualify for this job:
Education: University degree would be an advantage Administrative studies, Psychology, Sociology or Economics
Foreign Languages: English advanced is a must; German is an advantage;

Experience: 0-1 year experience in a similar position (administrative assistant, HR assistant)

Knowledge:
1. Specific knowledge
- MS Office knowledge – word, excel
- Knowledge in HR would be a plus (administrative, payroll, recruiting, HR development);

2. Personal Competences – please choose maximum 6 competencies from the structure bellow:
- Initiative, Learning Capability, Team Player, Works Ethics.
