- Maintain constant, cordial and vigilant contact with clients to ensure that every possible lead has been exploited.
- Investigating Client needs
- Monitoring the client payments
- Managing on-site sales review meetings
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly forecasts of qualified sales opportunities that are expected to materialize in the coming month
- Lunching the orders towards the raw materials and to the departament of production planning;
- Monitoring of deliveries and respecting the deadlines and quality terms;
- Maintaining the contact with the internal departaments: warehouse, transport, production;
- Minimal knowledgeof custom procedures.
