We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist for our client, a multinational company, a power tool producer.
Marketing:
• Collaborate with product managers and marketing team to build sales promotions and product communication;
• Monitoring of competitors, price analysis, comparing of business data, ranking the products among the same offers;
• Recommendations and promotion mechanisms tooling solutions based on the knowledge gained client / market;
• Ensure efficient spending of assigned budget and supervise the trade marketing spending in the local market.
Sales support:
• Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the all promotional material is being used optimally;
• Development and execution of trade / consumer promotions including pricing, sales estimates, operations liaison and POS development;
• Preparation of sales forecasts for new business opportunities within Romania/Bulgaria market;
• Tracking of business KPIs – value, margin, sales growth within the area / customer.
Operational:
• Providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product (this involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, catalogues and all relevant documents / updates);
• Cooperation with external agencies on promo materials for the campaigns;
• Customer support (providing information to the customers regarding products).
• Bachelor or Master degree;
• Experience in marketing or sales min. 6 months;
• Experience in the Construction sector would be an asset;
• Cross-functional team / project management, interpersonal and influencing skills;
• Strong team player with very good communication skills (ease of making contact);
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions;
• Communicative English knowledge;
• Good presentation skills, MS Excel for analytic tasks needed;
• Availability to travel.
