An entire team is about to take charge of a strategic project, the 3rd as dimension and importance for our client who is one of the most famous and largest IT software producers in the world. Ready to take on this challenge?
This team will have around 25 .NET specialists from Junior to Senior level and Team-leader level.
Mission:
During this project you will work on the client’s product (a well-known CRM) for the proper release of a qualitative output.
This will include:
- Providing continued enhancements to the product’s email marketing capabilities to support several specific requirements (i.e. enable to create sophisticated emails; enable the log onto the CRM and view the campaigns for the user’s accounts and contacts, prevent specific campaigns, email blasts to specific contacts and accounts, etc.);
- Enabling campaign automation (e.g. content within offer; parameters such as expiry, max. no. of offers; support creation and integration of offers, etc.);
- Restyling and refreshing UI (focusing on enhancing Digital Asset Management, entity navigation, UI enhancements for Budgeting/Media planning areas, etc.);
- Helping build APIs for the CRM product;
- Enhancing the core product service to maximize scale, performance and traceability;
- Analytics (e.g. developing homepage widgets and power view workbooks, integrate web analytics capabilities, etc.);
- Localizing the product into additional languages;
- Resolving defects from the current as well as previous releases.

For a Junior .NET Developer role, you should already know about:
- C# language, .NET framework, Visual Studio and tools
- ASP.NET and web development
- SQL Server
- Web services (WCF/SOAP/JSON)

In contextul unui obiectiv de ameliorare continua, Pentalog acorda o atentie deosebita activitatilor de formare interna (atat cu formator interni cat si externi), cat si integrarii de stagiari, in cadrul programelor de parteneriat cu universitatile de prestigiu. Aceste activitati sunt grupate in cadrul departamentului numit Pepiniera Pentalog.
Programul de stagii se adreseaza studentilor in anii terminali care doresc sa acumuleze o prima experienţa tehnica, cat si tinerilor absolventi care incep cariera profesionala si beneficiaza de cursuri de formare profesionala specifice.
In 2011, bugetul alocat pentru activitatile Pepinierei a fost la nivelul de 1 mil euro, numarul de zile de formare efectuate in 2011 inregistrand o crestere importanta de 58% fata de anul anterior.
