• Supporting the IBX On-Demand Platform continuous deployment lifecycle
• Maintaining the configuration application infrastructure database
• Deploying and maintain application server components
• Acting as part of the support organization according to ITIL best practices:
o Incident Management,
o Problem Management and
o Change Management
• Automating repetitive tasks with shell scripting;
• Working with SQL Server;
• Scrum - agile methodology;

You will be working within the OPS team to maintain and enhance of application infrastructure for building and releasing cloud based products.
You will be engaged in build automated steps in order to implement continuous deployment.
Engaging with development teams to understand upcoming features and creating the supporting operational processes/monitoring/insight/alerting prior to deployment will be a key aspect of your role.
Requirements:
• Passionate to do things better and automated.
• Pro-active and can-do attitude combined with the will and capacity of learning new technologies;
• General application troubleshooting methodology;
• Experience in medium-to-large support organization using ticketing
• Web-based Operations or Release Engineering experience
• Experience using JAVA EE
• Working experience with scripted and automated deploys it is a plus
• Understanding of systems deployment and service management methodologies, processes and supporting tools
