Excon Expert HR (www.excon.ro), consulting company specialized in recruitment and selection services, is recruiting for it¿¿¿s client, an international telecommunication and network solutions provider, a Junior Product Manager Networking Solutions.

Responsibilities:

The holder will develop a client portofolio by closing long term partnerships. He will ensure the company¿¿¿s growth by implementing designed business strategies.
Key tasks:
- Capitalize on industry knowledge and contacts to identify business opportunities;
- Continuously monitor the targeted sector of activity to identify market trends;
- Initiate and maintain executive-level interaction and manage business relationships;
- Identify the needs of the prospects to provide the most appropriate solutions;

- Build effective relationships with current and potential contacts;
- Build consistent offers to potential clients.

- University Diploma in Business Administrations, Management, Marketing;

EXCON CONSULTANTA S.R.L. isi desfasoara activitatea in domeniul resurselor umane, avand ca obiect principal de activitate selectia si plasarea fortei de munca, cu cele doua segmente ale sale: servicii de informare si consiliere, respectiv servicii de mediere a muncii pe piata interna.
Infiintata in anul 2004, EXCON CONSULTANTA a aparut din dorinta de a contribui la intalnirea cererii cu oferta de munca, prin folosirea unui ansamblu de metode si tehnici moderne de selectie a personalului, adaptate la tendintele existente pe piata muncii din Romania.
Operator de date personale inregistrat la Autoritatea Nationala de Supraveghere a Prelucrarii Datelor cu Caracter Personal sub nr. 3151.
Firma este acreditata de Agentia pentru Ocuparea Fortei de Munca Bucuresti, conform prevederilor Legii nr.76/2002 privind sistemul asigurarilor pentru somaj si stimularea ocuparii fortei de munca si Hotararii de Guvern nr.277/2002 privind aprobarea Criteriilor de acreditare a furnizorilor de servicii specializate pentru stimularea ocuparii fortei de munca.
