Work within the Postpaid Market Development team to define, develop, deploy and in-life manage the postpaid products for all segments.
• Work closely with Research Dept. in order to identity customer’s needs and technology trends and gather competitive data to determine future product directions;
• Focus on gathering data on competition with interest on postpaid portfolio, financial results related to postpaid base evolution,
• Work closely with Technical and Billing and Services departments to define new products, product enhancements, new functionalities; involvement in the implementation related processes;
• Ensure a high quality and on time release, through management and coordination of the product launch efforts with Technical, Marketing Communication, Sales and Customer Care;
• Participate in testing of the final postpaid product;
• Provide ongoing support for the Marketing Brand Communication and Sales teams in promoting the postpaid portfolio, including assistance with marketing collateral, sales tools, tradeshows, and focus groups;
• It will be very important to proactively manage the prepaid products throughout their lifecycle and this includes product performance monitoring and product benchmarking.
•University degree – diploma in Marketing, Business, Telecommunication, Engineering or related fields. MBA certification will be considered a plus;
• At least 1 year working experience, progressive experience in similar positions (management of telecommunications products and services development/business analysis) would be a plus;
• Knowledge about Romanian telecom market with focus on postpaid products area including market trends, customer requirements, technologies, competitive position and related product area
• Good understanding of segmentation and marketing communication channels.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint;
• Good command of English, both written and oral;
• Team work, verbal and written communications skills;
• Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines, and multitasking;
• Able to compile, synthesizes and present facts clearly; ability to plan and organize activities; to establish priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, persuasive, dynamic
• Able to learn fast and to show creativeness and proactivity.
