Responsible for testing and monitoring Nobel Portal modules, features and products, as well as other projects assigned;
Offer support and training for customers and sales team;
Be involved in special tasks and projects;
Create, update and send the periodic reports for Nobel Portal;
Identify and propose ways to improve Nobel Portal functionality and product offering;
Proactive directly contact portal stores to analyze and support sales;
Participates in meetings and/or conferences concerning problem resolution, the scheduling of special projects, and other topics as required.

Skills & personality:
University degree or student in the last year;
Strong personality with excellent communication skills;
Customer Focus;
Experience in customer service job is a plus;
Fluency in Spanish both written and spoken;
Fluency in English both written and spoken;
Proactive in learning new things;
Positive attitude and impact on morale of the team members;
Able to identify key issues and establish priorities;
Basic marketing knowledge;
Basic telecommunication knowledge is a plus;
Available to work in shifts (afternoon and night shifts).
