Responsibilities:
Mission: Overall responsibility for conducting quality control for construction works on site and also for coordinate and optimize the storage activity for company’s and subcontractors materials.
o Reporting to the Site Manager
o Check the quality reception of the materials before execution and their correlation with the specification;
o Responsible for maintaining records relating to testing data, and applying statistical quality control procedures;
o Responsible for developing quality control reports, post construction reports and detailed progress reporting (in house);
o Responsible for assuring that all materials, workmanship and construction are in full compliance with the contract plans and specifications, and all applicable building codes;
o Responsible for requiring that defective work or material be corrected or removed until made compliant;
o Responsible for submitter review and approval, including recommendations for variations, value engineering, and betterment's;
o Manage the quality control of products before and during manufacture at the site using a variety of testing devices and procedures to maintain product quality and to minimize costs and achieve optimum quality and efficiency for the company;
o Perform inspections as needed. Prepare and maintain inspection and performance records daily;
o Hold daily preparatory meetings with subcontractors and all concerned parties as needed to define QC and safety policies and procedures with each newly definable feature of work;
o Plan and coordinate the materials and products necessary;
o Work with the subcontractors and works managers for optimal allocation of the materials for all the site cranes;

Requirements:
o Diploma / Degree in Engineering
o Good command of English
o At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction industry
o Good organization and coordination skills
o Proficient in computer skills
o Ability to communicate with people at all levels
o Self-motivated, with the ability to work alone or within a team
o Good attitude, with high level of initiative
