Network Analyst will be responsible for technical support of the Cisco network equipment and configuration. This job entails monitoring and troubleshooting skills. The individual will work closely with others in the Infrastructure team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide technical support of Cisco network equipment and configurations
• Upgrade network equipment with new software releases
• Timely updates for every Network & Security support request assigned to your group
• Accurate ticket documentation of the network support request and troubleshooting steps taken
• Further developing and proposing enhancements to our managed network & security monitoring tools
• Strict adherence to change management procedures
• Working in accordance with quality standards, procedures, processes and internal regulations
• Participate in 24/7/365 support for production issues and upgrades
• Switching
• Routing (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VRF, MPLS)
• Firewalling (Cisco ASA)
• VPN
• Proxy
• Loadbalancing
• Wireless
• Communication skills – both written and verbal english
• Analytical mindset
• Professionalism is required in all communication with the clients (phone calls, emails)
• Fluent in spoken/written English
Cunostinte CISCO
- Routers: BGP
- Switches: VRF, ACL, port security, centralized authentication, centralized logging.
- Firewall ASA: ACL, NAT, IPSEC, IDS/IPS, centralized authentication, centralized logging.
Cunostinte Linux
- Instalare, configurare servicii: DNS, HTTP, mysql, SMTP, squid, firewall.
- Scripting: bash, Python, PHP.
Altele:
- MSSQL, administrare
