Provides company’s hardware infrastructure technical support.
Ensure Windows operating system and applications installation and configuration of the on workstations needed.
Participate to the installation and configuration of cable and wireless network.
Provides network equipment maintenance and network solutions for state problems.
Provide technical support and solves problems with mail servers, proxy, or PDC file server.
Advance knowledge in Windows servers and workstation administration.
Advance knowledge in Linux server administration (samba, squid, ldap).
Good networking skills (management switches, routers).
VPN data tunneling.
Very good English skills. French is a plus.
Linux shell scripting knowledge is a plus.
CCNA certification is a plus.
SUN Solaris operationg systems knowledge is a plus.
SQL database administration is a plus.
Willing and able to learn quickly new skills and technologies.
