- Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates based in Latin America
- Manage openings with Agency representatives
- Organize briefing meetings with Hiring Managers and Agencies
- Ensure requisitions are opened in the established timelines
- Managing updates to Talent pools and Job Posting
- Manage day to day communication with Agencies and Hiring Managers in order to ensure that all actions are done in time
- Communicate process, data and forms status to candidates and stakeholders as required.
- Responsible for data documentation related to hiring and system updates
- Managing hiring and on-boarding administration and confirming employment commencement on Day 1
- Use appropriate tools and problem solving techniques to work with ambiguity, and escalate or resolve problems.
- Generate reports from the recruitment system and ensure data integrity.
- Keep up-to-date with process changes, participate in training sessions and come up with improvement suggestions
-Proactive sourcing, depending on the client’s necessities
- Bachelor degree
- 0-2 years work experience in HR/Recruitment field and/or Customer Support can be a plus but is not mandatory
- Fluency in Spanish and English;
- Good client handling skills;
- Attention to details;
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability when working in a multicultural environment
- Willing to develop a career in Recruitment and/or HR;
- Available to work in night shifts (15:30-00:30; 16:30-01:30;)
