We are currently looking for a Junior Voice Engineer who will be responsible for the stability of our network, for performing monitoring, configuring, development and troubleshooting of daily issues that appear within the network.
Here’s what you’ll do as a Junior Voice Engineer:
- Installing, maintaining and repairing all telecommunication systems within the network
- Interacting with the customers by phone and email
- Inspecting and checking equipment to locate problems or causes of failure and making necessary repairs and adjustments
- Opening trouble tickets regarding equipment that is a part of Nobel's network
- Preparing and maintaining reports and records such as inventory records by site and system, cable schematics and equipment's configurations
- Creating and completing daily reports
- Identifying and solving problems, restoring services to the user in a timely and efficient manner with minimum disruption to the user
- Ensuring that operations and equipment are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and rules
As our future colleague, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Basic CISCO knowledge (any certifications are a great plus)
- Basic SIP knowledge
- Basic ISDN notions
- Eagerness to learn and assume responsibilities
- Persistence in seeking alternative solutions, flexible mind
- Strong personality with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- University graduate (this would be a big plus as well)
- You are available to work on shifts (including night shifts).
