- Responsible for building up tire sales network at Car dealers on the designated territory and its systematic development;
- Prepares general sales strategy in this respect on the market;
- Prepares proposals of contract arrangements with particular customers;
- Plans and realizes actions to support sales in closed co-operation with Head Office and other support departments of the Company;
- Sales forecasts, price analyses and credit conditions proposals;
- Be in constant contacts with the customers organizing for them marketing and special training;
- Creates long-term relationships with key customers;
- Collects information from the market and transfers it to Head Office.
- Follows in all the work activities legal norms valid in the country and internal regulations of teh company.
- High school or University degree in Economics / Engineering in Automotive branch
- Vocational experience in automotive related activities 5 years minimum
- Advanced knowledge of English; good knowledge of German would be a plus
- Good communication skills, representative style, very good knowledge of automotive market and potential customers (car and spare parts dealers)
- Time flexibility and mobility
- PC – broad user knowledge including SAP
- Driving license - B category
