Identifying short and long term growth opportunities by market analysis, competition, sales reports;
Close cooperation with prospective clients (preparation of commercial offers negotiating the terms of cooperation, terms of trade agreement);
Conducting regular Business Reviews with customers and based on that propose any improvement regarding cooperation;
Forecasting and tracking key account metrics in order to reach the sales goals by effective cooperation with other team departments (Demand Planning & Sales support);
Being a point of contact to priority customers and resolving any issues that they have;
Collecting and effective communicating customer’s requirements to all necessary departments;
Providing technical customer support as necessary;
Responding to client communications or queries;
Closely liaising with the marketing team about campaigns / events;
Monitoring the effectiveness of any marketing campaigns;
Networking with business partners and customers;
Maintaining tight budget control over expenditure.
Experience in a similar independent position in DIY modern market for at least 5 years – as a must;
Higher education (welcome economic; commercial or technical);
Knowledge of the realities of business and the DIY market for products ;
Very good negotiations skills and presentations skills;
Customer focus; building relations & finding new customers;
Strong team player with very good communication skills (ease of making contact);
Ability to analyze data and draw conclusion;
Effectiveness in action, independence;
Perseverance in achieving its objectives;
Very good oral and written English - is a must;
MS Office, especially Excel; PowerPoint;
Driver license B category;
Availability to travel.
