As part of our Key Account Team , you will grow the market share of Albalact and develop the client P&L, taking into account, at the same time the brand, category and channel strategy.
Main responsibilites
• Insure a superior service level for clients
• Bulid strong client relationship
• Manage accounts sales growth and profitability in line with company objectives
• Create and implement an annual business plan taking into account all levels of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, merchandising, promo plan etc.
• Monitor the accounts performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed
• Ensure an effective communication with the field sales force
• University degree
• 3 years min. managing accounts
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Knowledge of market, customer expectations and brands
• Results driven, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Self-driven, able to work independently in a very dynamic environment, confortable working with minimum supervision, good decision making skills
