RESPONSABILITATI

 Manage current business and produce profits from new business for assigned accounts.
 Manage a brand portfolio on the market within all accounts. Gather and analyze competitive information to ensure product offerings continue to meet customer needs and competitive positioning.
 Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities (conduct innovative development of opportunities) to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sell.
 To maintain relationships and negotiate contracts and prices in accordance with the overall sales strategy
 Meeting with client to discuss and resolve topics and issues (invoices, AR, stock reports, sell out data management, contract conditions, contracts)
 Provide best service and optimum product every season from sell-in to sell-thru, (analyze sales regularly to manage life cycle of product, inventory models and selling rates).
 Prepare marketing plans commensurate to seasons supporting key initiatives and compile and deliver winning sales presentations and proposals.
 Give advice to customers regarding product options; provide support to a partner’s product requirements.
 Maintain knowledge of new and existing products, competition and report competitor activities and systems.
 Conduct market analysis and evaluate competitor’s practices and market status and prepare advice on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors.
 Manage and monitor account level P&L for target requirements delivery.
 Prepare regular business and accounts plans to achieve brand targets, monitor the results on on-going bases.
 Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent customer service.
 Responsible for preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at customer and local warehouses including liaison with HQ to ensure excellent product forecast knowledge and accuracy.
 Close liaison with the field force to set the business targets and objective, get regular feedback from the market to improve the business plans based on market situation. (Assess the response to and suitability of current product listing, market acceptance, sell out, pricing, competition, etc. Ensure that the promotional activities agreed are in place and maximize at store level.)


CERINTE

 5+ years experience in the Consumer Electronics industry (if possible two different roles in Sales, Product Marketing)
 Excellent negotiation skills – able to influence and persuade in decision making processes both internally and externally at senior level. Able to negotiate effective and financially sound contractual relationships.
 Excellent presentational skills - able to give a polished presentation in a variety of formats, informal and formal.
 Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
 Solution driven with the willingness and ability to implement innovative ideas and improve working methodologies. Able to breakdown complex issues into simple components and build/implement required action plans.
 Excellent project management skills. Ability to determine key priorities and manage outcomes to timeline.
 Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint for business plan creation and results analysis
 Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics & requirements
 Demonstrated ability to multi - task and work in a fast - paced office setting.


Education:
We require manager to be dependable and dynamic, with proven results on the job. Having a degree in sales, marketing, or any business related area is beneficial.
