Develop, agree and execute activity plans for each IKA channel within the time frame contractually agreed with the Retailer
Support the IKA negotiations process
Keep active relation with the key IKA Foods responsible people monitoring activities implementation and POS placement
Develop the KA strategy together with the National KA Director
Makes regular IKA sales analysis of own and competitive brands
Overall national responsibility of the merchandisers work with the help of PSRE for the regions and the daily/weekly monitoring
All Trade Marketing operations for the KA
Monitoring stock levels, on shelf products expiry issues and actively suggest to superior ways to speed up sales and avoid write offs
Implement, coordinate and respect the company price policy
Makes sales forecaste on weekly bases by SKU and by type of IKA
Competitors intelligence, following competition products performance and feeding back regular reports for market moves
Monitor the correct application of company's trade policy by IKA shops
Controls the correct fullfilment of concluded from company's contracts for extra shelves space or promotion implementation and report for non confirmity
Makes sure of correct exploatation of company assest and equipment
Helps recruitment of new sales people
Mandatory fills up weekly review and plan and send this info to superior
Filling up correctly and in required time information forms and sends them to the central office
University diploma (economic studies would be an addvantage)
Min 3 to 5 years trade experiance (out of which 1-2 in IKA/LKA field) and knowlage of the IKA retail universe (Foods or longer IKA experiance would be an advantage)
