Deliver Remote Technical Support Services in French:
Providing initial remote technical software & hardware support to clients;
Monitor servers’ performance and availability;
Analyzing problems/situations, understanding problem impact on the business;
Applying problem solving techniques;
Incident handling;
Maintaining positive relationships even in severe and pressurized situations;
Performing problem management and end-to-end problem ownership;
Logging all related activities for each customer query and handling data securely;
Employing standard support delivery methodologies and tools;
Provide technical assistance in French language;
Participating in shifts.
French and English fluent (both written and verbal);
Knowledge on at least one of : Windows Server, Citrix, VMWare, Linux/Unix, AIX, AS400, Networking, Active Directory, databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL), SAN;
Knowledge and understanding of network applications, web servers, email servers, firewalls, file shares, print servers;
Remote support know-how;
Excellent communication and listening skills;
Team player;
Willingness to travel.
