Role Purpose
To support eMAG and it’s subsidiaries in the delivery of a first class quality experience to all of our customers and support the achievement of exceptional business performance through:
• Designing and implementing a learning & development portal for eMAG and it’s subsidiaries.
• Maintain the portal and provide support to all users.
Responsibilities
• Design the structure and framework for the on line Learning Portal;
• Understand the Learning habits of eMAG employees and customize accordingly the portal in order to meet the needs of the users;
• Implement the portal within eMAG intranet assuring a strong communication plan; University degree;
• Integrate the four eMAG core values within all learning and talent initiatives / programs;
• Create the project plan for the Learning Portal (including all project stages, post implementation reviews, etc.);
• Keep a close relation with team members in order to obtain all necessary information needed for the LearningPortal;
• Support the Manager, Talent & Learning in vendor selection process for the Learning portal;
• Offer support and insights from their business interactions & projects to the Manager, L&D in building the L&D yearly strategy.
Essential
• University degree;
• English knowledge;
• PC and programing skills;
• Relevant experience in Talent / Learning & Development (2 years) – soft skills training;
• Relevant experience in it / technical areas;
• Relevant experience in development programs design;
• Experience in consultancy.
Desired
• Degree in training / web design;
• Experience in big IT / Telco organizations, sales, customer relations (over 1500 employees);
• Relevant experience on the Romanian on line learning market (companies, training programs, softs, etc.);
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
