• Support the business by providing creative value-adding legal advice on a variety of matters (e.g. commercial agreements, intellectual property rights, consumer protection issues, corporate related aspects etc.)
• Ensure compliance with local laws and company's policies;
• Provide legal advice and law interpretation, upon request, to all departments, related to everyday activity;
• Review a wide range of commercial documents;
• Provide assistance and consultancy in negotiations with third parties, writing and analyzing the legal documents;
• Draft and review corporate related documents;
• Ensure the right time management of all legal issues;
• Represent the company in front of the local authorities /regulatory bodies.
• University Degree in law, post-graduate education would be a plus;
• 5 years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge of Romanian legislation related to commercial contracts and corporate related issues;
• Very good drafting and negotiation skills;
• Team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable, proactive, has the ability to work under pressure and set right priorities to deliver results on time;
• Self-motivated and the ability to acquire new knowledge by himself/herself;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Good communications abilities;
• Advanced PC skills and sound knowledge of the MS Office package: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point;
• Fluency in written/spoken English is a must; any other foreign language is an advantage.
