Performing task requiring strong knowledge of the law and legal procedures;
- Providing legal opinions in various legal fields ( e.g insolvency, recovery);
- Prepare various legal documents and contracts;
- Review all the legal documents and make sure they are properly made and drafted.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Law;
- Experience on a similar job in a law firm or multinational environment (insolvency/debt and/or corporate recovery) - minimum 4-5 years;
- Consulting experience - contracts, drafting legal opinions;
- Good knowledge of civil procedure;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
