Responsibilities:
• Elaborates and verifies all types of contracts, in accordance with the legislation in force and the Company’s interest and participates at the negotiation;
• Checks the changes in legislations and informs the relevant departments about the most recent changes in legislation
• Provides legal opinions as required;
• Act as Company’s representative in relation Prepares and submits the necessary documeantation and represents the Company in front of Trade Registry, Consumer Protection Authority and other public institutions
• with authorities
• Advises on contract risks/issues, contract implementation, contract compliance;
• Ensures that ll rules and regulations of the company are according to the legislation in force
• Proposes solutions for issues in order to serve the best interests of Company ;
• Provides legal support to Company’s departments.
• Keeps and updates various situations related to legal activity;
• Archives documents.
• University degree in Law
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position
• The ability to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines is fundamental
• The candidate should be confident, having the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (both verbal and written)
Highly organized, analytical, task focused, and multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
