Key Responsibilities:
• Contributes to formulate and develop legal strategy to ensure the legal policy guidelines implementation and adherence;
• Provides internal legal advisory services on matters related to Joint Venture, Mergers & Acquisitions, registration of new companies or liquidations.
• to facilitate with creating process in order to ensure that the corporate activities are in line with the applicable laws;
• Works on legal matters such as new agreements, reviewing existing agreements, assisting in establishing new companies, issue necessary documents to meet the requirements of multinational laws & maintain the International companies correct legal position;
• Maintains custody of legal documents to ensure copyright handling;
• Provides a legal advice on the potential legal liabilities and identify risk factors in companies structure and activity, in order to take necessary steps to control the company’s exposure;
• Assists HR on revising employment contracts to facilitate the recruitment or dismissal of employees and to insure its conformity to the Labor Laws;
• Formulate, provide, advise and / or review all contracts agreements between the company, third parties and new joint ventures to ensure that the company’s interest is protected and the best commercial position maintained;
• Direct control, prepare, respond and lead the legal action and legal proceedings to help and improve the collection of the receivables and defend the company’s interests;
• Provide professional, written and oral, legal advice to the executives and offices to reasonably complex legal and legal policy issues;
• Coordinate the activity of external legal counsel on national and international level.
• Maintain constant updates on the legal aspects which are connected to the company’s field of activity.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor Degree in Law;
• Experience in International Law or Commercial Law or Equity Law of minimum 3 years;
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
• Proven track record of drafting, reviewing and editing agreements and contracts, including labor contracts, service agreements, SPA, NDA, and IP agreement.
• Knowledge and experience in Patents and Trademarks Laws – material advantage
• Additional degree in business management/accounting/computer science/ international relations – material advantage
• Knowledge and experience in Civil Litigation - advantage
• Licensed Advocate – advantage
