-Participates to the negotiation of and provides legal advice on non-business agreements (both in English and Romanian);
-Draws-up new non-business agreements or other documents related to the non-business activity;
-Is in charge with the standardization process of non-business agreements;
-Renders legal opinions on matters related to the non-business activity;
-Legal academic background;
-Relevant experience in the legal field, preferably in a similar business environment;
-Very good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken;
-High work ethic;
-Strong communication skills;
