• Support the business by providing creative value-adding legal advice on a variety of matters (e.g. commercial contracts, consumer protection issues, trade registry issues etc.)
• Ensure compliance with local laws and company's policies;
• Provide legal advice and law interpretation, upon request, to all departments, related to everyday activity;
• Review a wide range of commercial contracts;
• Provide assistance and consultancy in negotiations with third parties, writing and analyzing legal documents;
• Ensure the right time management of all legal issues;
• Represent the company in front of the local authorities /regulatory bodies.
• University Degree in law, post-graduate education would be a plus;
• 4 years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge of Romanian legislation related to commercial contracts - experience in a consulting company would be a plus
• Very good drafting and negotiation skills;
• Team worker, efficient, good communicator, flexible and adaptable, proactive, has the ability to work under pressure and set right priorities to deliver results on time;
• Self-motivated and the ability to acquire new knowledge by himself/herself;
• Good computer skills;
• Fluency in written/spoken English is a must; any other foreign language is an advantage;
• Willing to work with the company, based on employment contract;
