- Insures the necessary support in obtaining external legal advice;
- Negotiates and drafts escrow account and performance bonds agreements;
- Issues legal advice regarding corporate capacity;
- Drafts mortgage agreements;
- Issues legal advice on various agreements/addresses issued by the bank;
- Issues legal advice on confidentiality agreements;
- Conducts research on various legal issues;
- Insures legal advice on security/lending structures;
- Negotiates and drafts agreements;
- Education: University degree in Law;
- Excellent knowledge of civil and commercial legislation;
- Previous experience (it will be a plus);
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
