• To check immediately, in IT systems, the status of the person mentioned within the garnishment notice;
• To check in a timely manner the legality of the garnishment notices received within the bank;
• To perform registrations and up-dating of the database/application of the customers and persons mentioned within the garnishment notice
• To draft and to send the answer to the authority that ordered the garnishment;
• Actively participating in preparing legal opinions regarding the garnishment/enforcement procedures, by request;
• Preparing legal opinion considering the internal rules regarding garnishments/enforcement aria, by request;
• Academic background - Law Faculty;
• Minimum 1 year experience in a legal position;
• Able to draw-up, structure and formulate elaborated documents (good capacity in phrasing contracts, correspondence, opinions);
• Able to properly assess legal risks in issuing legal opinions;
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Hard working, detail oriented, extremely organized;
• Analytical thinking, good communication and team working skills;
• Very good knowledge of the English language;
• Very good knowledge of the specific legislation (banking and garnishments legislation and NBR regulations);
• Proficiency in English;
• Good computer skills.
