Provide administrative support to Global and/or Regional Service Centers personnel at all levels and various locations. This support may include, but is not limited to, legal and other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support of a project team and/or Service Center in accomplishing assigned tasks, including performing administrative tasks such as filing and other documentation management activities;
• May assist in the application of tools and processes for the performance of Service Center designated activities;
• May assist other Level F/G personnel performing on a team;
• May have limited dealings with client personnel if so directed by the project supervisor
• With supervision, may work on small engagement; and
• May be requested to provide information relative local customs and practices which could potentially impact the Service Centers.
• Monitoring and tracking the activity, gather, organize and properly archive all the relevant information;
• Conclude legal research relate to specific responsibilities;
• Support on archive activity. In this respect shall be responsible for all the activity related to: gather the documentation; keep the records of all the documents gave it by his/her superior; organize the legal local archive;
• Fluent in English and Italian, including legal Italian
• Bachelor degree in law and master preferred.
• Membership in the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) or National Legal Advisors Association and professional certification are a plus
• Work Experience: 1-2 years of legal background.
